Hi, I’m Dianne
Hi, I’m Dianne, a wife and mother living in Milverton with my husband John and our two kids, who always keep me on my toes.
Growing up on a farm, I’ve always been drawn to the outdoors and the beauty of nature. My love for flowers began in my great-grandmother's garden, where I spent time as a child helping her tend to the plants. It was there that I first learned the joys of working with flowers, a passion that followed me into my studies at Niagara College, where I studied horticulture. I later completed the Canadian Institute of Floral Design Program, gaining a deeper understanding of the floral industry. Along the way, I also worked part-time at a flower shop, refining my skills and developing my love for creating unique arrangements.
I love getting my little helpers involved. We plant, harvest and arrange these fresh cut flowers together.
Landscaping has been another lifelong passion. I spent my high school years working at a local greenhouse, and one summer I had the opportunity to work at the Royal Botanical Gardens, where I learned a lot about plants and their care. After graduation, I spent two unforgettable seasons working for a landscape company in Muskoka, where each day I traveled by boat to private islands—an experience I have great memories of! These opportunities, combined with my love for gardening and the outdoors, made me realize that creating beautiful spaces, whether through flowers or landscaping, was something I wanted to pursue full-time.
